Video streaming website

I am trying to create an online video streaming website similar to digitaltutors.com, 3dmotive.com, lynda.com, newmastersacademy.org. My problem is I am not sure what is the most cost efficient way to host the video files and have them so they can't be easily downloaded and torrented. I already created the website and was going to have membership login that allows them to watch all the videos in the library. Options I have looked at is:
vimeo 200.00 a year
jwplayer for commercial use 200 a month
amazon web services cost based on usage.

I was wondering how do the pros go about hosting the videos I will have alot of content hd videos 4-5 hour long tutorials.
