I have to ask this question Is it healty to drink water while you are eating.
I have voted yes in the poll. Drinking water, regardless of whether or not your eating, is healthy to do. The NHS (National Health Service) and other reliable medical sources recommend 2 liters, equivalent to 2000ml a day of consumption. Below, I have listed many of the health benefits of drinking water, but please note, these are only a handful of facts. I hope this information helps you!
Memory and mood improvement
Cure and prevent constipation
Reduced risk of bladder infections
A prevention method for kidney stones
One group of people would say it is unhealthy, because of lowering your stomach acid pH (water pH is neutral)
Another would say that drinking water is healthy independently of the situation.
I think, as long as you do not eat anything hard to digest, drinking water while doing it is not a problem.
Yes, it is because drinking water while eating will help to get you full so that you won't overeat as well as keeping you hydrated whenever you eat rather it was in the morning, mid-day or evening as well as giving you energy to be able to do other stuff then just crashing out from drinking as sugared drink and crashing out and not wanting to do anything or go anywhere.
