I've been using google incognito, but it seems that IP address can still be detected.

I also just use private browsing mode on firefox and on safari. With my work PC I do all my personal browsing in private browsing mode, not because I'm doing anything dodgy, but I don't want anything weird popping up in case my boss is at my PC one day and we have to look something up. I look up all sorts of random things online, it would be awkward having my boss at the PC and a random search on ingrown hairs or something pops up, I really don't need that level of awkwardness in my life. LOL

Generally, there are various ways to browse privately. But some of them are illegal also.
    Some of these ways are:
    1) By using Private browser or incognito window in several browsers like Google, Mozilla, etc.
    2) By using Proxy changer.
    3) By using a VPN that changes your location virtually.
VPN is the best way to unblock websites that are blocked in an area or location.
