About the most important factor by which a business is recognized is its name. Just think about some renowned brands for a minute without necessarily mentioning names, what has probably stood them out were their names even before thinking about their embedded values. There are several factors why there's more than just choosing a name:

1. A brand puts the brand up for better legal standing.
2. It lends credence to the goods or services rendered by such brands
3. it gives uniqueness to the brand.
