When will I get approval?

I have completed ten posts according to theforumwheel requirements.My posts are under approval for the last 50 hours.More than two days have been passed but I have not gone any reply from theforumwheel.What should I do in this situation? For how much should I wait for the approval? They have written that posts under approval would never wait for the approval more than 24 hours.Is there any member or moderator who can tell me about this kind of problem?
