In most cases , many people are not bothered in eating a well balanced diet. People eat for the sake of taste. Some would look for vitamins and drink so that they may form a complete balanced diet.According to you, what is that snack do you enjoy eating everytime?

I would say fruits. Fruits are the best snacks, healthy and delicious. Eating between meals can cause weight gain especially if you are eating unhealthy foods such as junk foods and processed foods. Also, eating fruits promotes a balanced diet. Fruits boost health, detoxifies the body and beautifies the skin. Nuts such as peanuts are also good too. Peanuts are rich in folates that helps develop the brain.

Fruits and peanuts or almonds. And in terms of fruit something easy to eat outside. For me bananas are easiest- filling, they can satisfy sugar craving and effortless to eat without cutting or peeling or juice running everywhere. Second, to that are mandarines. For nuts peanuts, best taste at most reasonable price(almonds can be expensive). Then again, if you have nut allergy, you have to make sure to find something that suits you.

Something filling and good to have from time to time is popcorn- but I would recommend making some at home and taking in a ziplock bag. No chemicals and you can control the amount as well as how much salt you put on. Plus making popcorn on stovetop is easy after a couple of tries, and it's 3 times cheaper than store-bought.
