Why you should try ULTIMATE FRISBEE

Ultimate Frisbee is a recent sport that I've discovered. It's extremely fun but may require great stamina and agility. Even then, I still recommend it for casual play, as long as both parties understand how to play and have a basic skill of catching and throwing.

You can play in your school yard or field, you wont even need a special type of field like Volleyball, Basketball and Badminton, to play the game properly.
