    Why not? That is needed especially in developing countries that have a very high amount of unemployment rates. There are many online jobs that require simple training that help those unemployed earn a regular income every month. This will end up reducing things like crime rates and other socioeconomic problems.

    I like how India is specializing on the business process outsourcing (BPO). It has enabled many of their unemployed citizens get work over the internet and reduced poverty. Many Indians now work for companies located in developed countries while still in India.
