    Fasting is a nice way of starting your weight loss journey. It will not be the easiest, but it does come with impressive results. There are different types of fasts a person can do, but it is worth noting that they would have similar effects on the body at times. The most common effect would be feeling less energetic. In such a case, would be advisable to work out while fasting?
