Can't Register to Forums

    I have created accounts on 2 forums and when I typed in my user name and email to register them on this site as subscriptions I keep getting a message that says my account can't be found on the forum. I even went back to the forum and logged in again to see if I made a mistake when registering and was able to log into the forum just fine. Could someone look into this?
