    Getting a burger or any fast food seems to be a very good idea most of the time. But before you cubble that burger down your throat, think for a moment......is that your best option in the long run? Walk around and you will meet obese people who are not even 20 yet.

    In my opinion eating fast food is not the most healthy way to go. Take time and visit the grocery store, get groceries and cook for yourself. Prepare the food for yourself, that is the best way to go. Avoid fast food restaurants so as to live a healthy life. Also chew hard foods maybe say, a sugarcane. They strengthen your teeth and that is healthy.

    I totaly agree the shortest path is not always the right path. Giving up buggers, fries and other fast foods is hard but in the long run you will be the one enjoying the benefits of a healthy body.

    It all starts with the decisions you make , do you make the choice to exersice, do you eat a balanced diet or do you exeed on your calorie intake? Answering this questions on the basis of what will lead you to a healthy future is key to a healthy body in the 21 century.

    Attaining and maintaining a healthy body in the 21st century is quite challenging. From the numerous fast foods joints on every corner to the attractive ice cream shops, it's getting harder and harder to resist the temptations of engaging in unhealthy behaviors.

    Also, people nowadays are ever chasing money and see everything else as a distraction. They never make some time to do body exercises.

    People should know that their health is their wealth and they should ensure that they stay healthy before chasing wealth.
