ENTREPRENEURSHIP IS THE SOLUTION TO UNEMPLOYMENT

Entrepreneurship can be simply put to be improving on an existing products/services or as well creating new ones for the sole aim of meeting human needs.
Going by the trend of our technology era ,we now have a new set of online entrepreneurs who put in their very best to satisfying human needs ranging from marketing,writing articles,placing orders and so much more.
It has definitely employed a good amount of humans who and help in meeting their financial needs in terms of income generated from it.

 

Entrepreneurship is one of the solutions of solving unemployment. Training and retraining also solve unemployment by empowering workers to be able to perform jobs that are currently in demand. For example, the internet has also created new jobs that require certain skills that many ordinary people don't have. These skills can mainly be attained through training and retraining.

 

You indeed made an undeniable facts but i will to also let you know that there won't be any need for any training or retraining if there is no availability of opportunity. Entrepreneurship is the key that unlocks various hidden opportunities while training perfects it.
Entrepreneurship is the discovery or revamping of idle opportunities.

 

I believe true entrepreneurship will free the world from the bondage of poverty. If indeed the word entrepreneurship is understood and perceived in it's truest form. The ability to identify a problem and use existing developed and developing personal abilities to tackle and proffer sustainable solutions is a happening that can and will change the world for better.

Diverse individuals possess diverse skills and talents that can positively be applied to diverse areas. But I believe the world has enough specialists and that we need more generalists who possess the ability to create a functional structure which will integrate and empower specialists form all around the world and also provide them with the opportunity to use their gifts. If this happens, I believe it will create more job opportunities for everyone and the mechanism of the world economy will surely move faster.

So let's take for example Steve Jobs (R.I.P). I believe his greatest strength was not just the creation of Apple as a product trademark but his genuine ability to tap into human need and successfully bring together different specialist from different fields to create structures that bring about products which satisfies the need already identified. I believe he was a streamlined Generalist.

 

Its true since it has more advantages such as becoming ones boss,making your own decisions,starting the business on your own and implementing anything in the business that will lead to its expansion and growth.

 

Indeed, entrepreneurship is the solution to unemployment. I have seen companies closing, employees being sacked for no reason, some being forced to retire or asked to go on early retirement. What I would like to put across is that you can never tell what your employer is thinking. Any day you may find yourself jobless. Funny enough most peoples first port of call after being fired from their jobs is entrepreneurship. Many do very well because that will be their only source of income in most cases out doing themselves.

Entrepreneurship creates jobs for. If one has a job and is an entrepreneur too upon being fired one will still have a job and be able to employ others. However, it depends with how everything is being done, does the entrepreneur know what he or she is doing because failure on that part always results in the entrepreneur losing and negatively affecting the employees.

Moreso, there are many other areas that are solutions to unemployment for example sports, entertainment and art. One can be a successful musician and end up employing a lot of people.

 

that's one of the way. people themselves are not ready to work. most of us are looking for quick results. so i would say it's in the mind
