Fasting in the morning help me keeping fit

    Fasting in the morning and little exercise is the way to go. What? Yes is the way to go. After my pregnancy I gained so much extra weights specially on my smock area. I was trying all types of ways to get rid of fat , but it wouldn’t work at all .So I would always search for ways to lose belly fat and I came across intermittent fasting that changed my life and now it is the way I live my life.
