Has anyone been diagnosed with fibromyalgia on here?

Have you been diagnosed with fibromyalgia? Or do you know someone that has been diagnosed with this awful condition? Fibromyalgia is a painful condition in which you are tired all the time. You have pains in many parts of the body and it can jump from place to place on the body. Often times it is hard to get through the simplest task like doing dishes or taking a shower.

My husband has been diagnosed recently and he has really struggled with the pain. I am hoping to connect with others that have experience with this to see what I can do to help him out. I am wondering if anything helps ease the pain of others that have this? Or what sort of diet they follow. I would also love to know what things make others flare up? Are there any dietary supplements or vitamins that you swear by that help with the pain or make symptoms seem less evil?
