    First;watch your diet.
    Drink plenty of lemon water especially in the morning.
    Do daily exercises.
    And take a refreshing bath.

    I think the best ways to lose weight fast is by exercising daily,reducing the amount of junks and fast food we eat and also counting calories.

    It seems no one has been able to give the correct formula to lose weight. However, from personal experience eating less and exercising more is a sure way to weigh loss journey. But it's not really all that simple. Long term weight loss isn't impossible, you you have to be committed.
