Is children's mobile library business feasible?

In today's world, finding books is so easy (e.g ebooks), but this is not yet a reality in most developing countries. The result? Many children are not exposed to books early enough thus the level of illiteracy is still high. With the available few public libraries, even middle class citizens still do not access it (due to logistics, lack of enlightnment etc). But this does not mean they do not desire for their children to read.

With the above in mind, starting a mobile library suitable for young learners could be practical. One just needs to identify a community with this gap and fill it.
