Is Sour Sop a Cancer killer stronger than Chemotherapy?

    After doing my own research on Sour Sop, It has been shown to kill certain types of liver and breast cancer cells. I started drinking soursop myself and it is very delicious and it gives me a lot of energy. Would this be a better alternative than chemotherapy which not only kills cancer cells but also the healthy cells?
