    Healthy lifestyle is not easy to achieve as easy it is to say. It demands a lot of dedication, will power and self control.It controls all the aspects of your life from diet to daily routine and affects everything in your life from morning to evening.

    Most of us always want to adapt a healthy lifestyle but do give up sooner or later. This is a tough practice which is difficult to maintain and follow.

    But if we succeed our life can be a bliss.This does not mean we have to follow a strict straight line. Taking a break now and then is not a crime. But what is important is that we keep al our actions under control and adopt those which will eventually lead us to a healthy life.

    Thats true. Stay on a 90days challenge. Challenge yourself for 90 day on hittung the gym and day 91 you wont let your day end without hitting the gym
