Do people shooting a movie have to go out to the field to act literally? I have watched the movie shooting scenes and it makes me thinking if the crew can generate the same in a room without straining in the fields

I am a film student, and that means I have been involved in some movie productions. Now to answer your question: Yes and no. It all comes down to a number of factors. Filmmakers can be forced to shoot a movie in a studio if the setting is inaccessible (like outer space), if the weather is unfavourable, among other reasons. However, filming in the fields can be advantageous since it is less expensive than creating a whole environment from scratch.
