    Want to look 20 when you are actually 40? Below are for simple ways to keep your skin young ;
    1. Take plenty of water - six to eight glasses per day.
    2. Eat fruits - ensure you take fruits every single day.
    3. Clean your face upwards- this prevents your cheeks from sagging.
    4. Avoid stress- we all have a reason to be happy and keep smiling.
    5. Music- sounds unrealistic, but this helps ease your mind.

    I didn't know about number 3. That's a good one, thanks. Something else for the face is to splash it with cold water after getting out of hot shower or sauna.
