Tips for fresh and healthy skin

    It is important to wash your face before going to bed. It will clean all the dirt and oil from your face so your skin could enjoy the fresh air. I would prefer to use a herbal face wash for this purpose as it is not harmful and it is good for health. We should use a face scrub to remove the dead skin from the face and other body parts. I use apricot scrub for this purpose. We should not use a scrub more than twice a week as it can damage our skin if we will use it more than that. Do you use to wash your face before going to bed? what kind of face wash do you like to use?
