what are the benefits of yoga?

    There are many benefits of Yoga to both men and women in our today society where each individual is busy and stressed up at sometime. We need to take a pose and engage in some yoga. Yoga makes one to be mentally alert, less stressed and also lowers your blood pressure.
    In additional to mental alertness yoga enables one to sleep better while building your muscles and bone structure.
    What do you think are other benefits of yoga?
