    Let me just add that, healthy living is not just about following a healthy diet and exercising. But, it includes maintaining positive thinking and developing a healthy lifestyle altogether.

    Hear are few things I think are also very important.
    • Drink enough water everyday
    • Add more fruits and vegetables to your daily meal.
    • Eat less processed food
    • Cut down your alcohol in-take or if possible abstain from it.
    I believe that religiously following the few listed tips will definitely make a great difference in someone's life.
