The consequences of global warming and flooding are so severe that it must always take a front roll in discussions related to, 'environmental management and man'.

It is an established fact that man's activities such as gas flaring, bush burning, chlorofluorocarbon (cfc) release into the atmosphere as well as the release of green house gases etc warms up the global atmospheric environment leading to the melting down of polar ice leading to great floods.

In ancient times when man was not as scientifically and technologically advanced as he is today, this global problem was not there.who really is the cause of this problem? Some people think the developed world is responsible while others apportion the blame to the developing world.Who is responsible for this problem?

Human.. Just only and only we humans who are considered as most powerful and intelligent species on the Earth are now destroying it completely for our own uses. Unwanted industrialization, unplanned urbanisation and exploitation of Nature on the name of development can be taken as some of the main causes of Climate Change and Flooding. Paris agreement adopted during Cop21 should be implemented sincerely to get rid of above problems.
