Just received 2 new ratings, my average rating didn't change

Just an inquiry, I received two ratings, one from Personal Finance Forum (4.2) and another one from Revenue Portal (4.1). My score for The Gateway is 3.9

I read from previous threads that your average rating is the sum of all your ratings/number of forums. Does this take effect automatically? My score is still at 3.9. Ken said it updates daily, but still nothing has changed. I did the math, and my new average rating stands at 4.07 I was hoping that it can be manually adjusted so that I can subscribe to new forums that have a required rating of 4.0

I hope someone can help and kindly look into this. Thanks.
