   Hello. I had 20 credits and I've requested a payout.
   After one hour, my credits are missing and I have no money on my PayPal account..

   As soon as you withdraw credits, they are removed from your account. A payment request is then sent to the administration to be processed within 24 hours or less. You'll receive the payment. Just be patient.
