    "Wireshark" and any packet sniffer watching the call traffic at the time of the call will capture packets that are being sent and received during the call and may provide you with the originating IP address of the call. This may give you either the ISP or business that owns that IP address, but beyond that you wouldn’t be able to go much further. If the caller is using a VPN service that masks their location, then it becomes near impossible to originate the call.
