I've been hearing a lot about getting this 5-10 minutes pause during the day. To try this out, I went to YouTube, found out a 10 minutes guided meditation and followed it for almost a week. Since that day, I have never looked back! I got acquainted with this enormous advantage of meditation. Meditation gives you a state of mind, so that you can deal with any kind of situation in your life. Particularly speaking, my job involves interacting with more and more people to achieve more as a team. In such kind of situations, there are different kinds of personality traits and mindsets at play. Doing meditation for 10 minutes a day has really provided me benefits from the aspect of keeping calm. Previously, the situations used to take a toll on me and I would feel demotivated and demoralized. I would like to hear from you all. What are your thoughts on Meditation and its health benefits?
