    I have to confess something. I have always stalked my exes and their girlfriends. It has a great impact in my life and mostly it is a negative one. It lowers my self esteem and decreases my chances of moving on fast.

    However, I have learnt to have self control and accept the heartbreaks. This has enabled me to heal faster and move on. I even don't stalk my current ex.

    I personally stalk my ex's, all of them. It is of great help since I get encourage most of the time, after realising that they are going on quite well. It has helped me work smart in my undertakings.
