I just joined couple of weeks ago

I am kind of lost in term how we get paid here and what exactly need to forward a payment request.
Do we need points or Dollar and Cents in our account? if we are talking about points how this
issue works? what is a point and how and what you need to accumulates points.
Also I really like this site but on the same token I would like to make some cool cash.
I hope it is possible to combine business with pleasure. Thanks for your reply in advance.
