    Ping pong or table tennis is my favorite game! It actually started with me playing with my office colleagues and I developed into a good player. I remember 6 years back, I started as a rookie, and today, I can give a good competition to some experts around! ;)

    When I play table tennis, I see a good involvement of cognitive abilities. Along with that, picking up the ball and maneuvering the paddle, there is a considerable physical effort as well. At the end of the game, I am exhausted but I feel energized too!

    What is the best part of playing ping pong according to you?
