    As living organisms we can not survive without drinking water. Water is very important to both humans,animals and also plants . The following below are the importance of drinking water-
    1.Water helps us for dehydration which also reduces stress and depression.
    2.Water also helps to moisturising our skin to look smooth and healthy.

    Three years ago I stopped drinking sodas and started drinking water only. I have lost 10 kg and I got rid of acne. So I would say that drinking water is super important and recommended. It boosts your metabolism and it also has a psychological effect. You feel better if you drink zero calories a day than 200 cal.
