    I believe it is not the first time you're hearing this word "Martial Arts". Most of us like/liked watching the World's famous actors such as: Jet Li,Bruce Lee,Van Dame,Cynthia Rothrock,among other well known fighters. Having given you such examples,can you now give me types of martial arts?

    I'm not quite sure of how many martial arts there are but I do know of a few.

    Muay Thai
    Jujitsu
    Judo
    Krav Maga
    Karate
    Tang Soo Do
    Tae Kwon Do

    There are many more of course but these are a few I am familiar with and have actually trained in myself. Martial arts is one of my favorite sports and hobbies. The discipline you learn from these skills cannot be compared to anything else.
