I often see everywhere, even in magazines. How to be a programmer, but that still makes me confused, there are many languages that are used as PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Ruby, Python, and others. But I want to ask, which language often used by a programmer. Does it depend field that he understood better.

I would say "all of them". In the programming world, there is no limited in the programming language.
The funny part are Algorithm and Idea.

As SuperUser said, all of them have different applications like web development (Java, PHP, Python, Visual Basic), mobile applications development (Java on Android, Objective-C on IOS), game development (Python, C++, Java). If you are starting from zero, I would recommend Python, it's very simple and less bloated compared to Java and PHP, and its applications are almost in any field of programming. C++ could be an interesting choice if you are more inclined to game development and PHP it's unavoidable in web development as it's a very popular programming launguage.
