There are days that are easier than others when it comes to keeping up with your exercise routine. I know sometimes for me it can be something as simple as just wanting to sleep in or having so much to do that it makes it difficult to find time to exercise. Seeing the results of the hard work you put into your exercise is one of the things that keeps me motivated. It rejuvenates me and helps me boost my energy to get through the day.
