    I love all but I move to dance-hall music when I am working out. If it is a Sunday evening and I am meditating it is going to be some retro love souls. Then when I am working it is not a genre, it is a person, only Whitney. She keeps me going when I am cleaning, I love her voice, her songs, they push me. Every song that she does is like I am reading an autobiography of her, I connect with them. They make me sad but they also push me and empower me to get things done.
